FULL RETURN POLICY
- New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days, with proof of purchase.
- To start a return, you can contact us at camco@teenslifestyle.com.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Online orders may be returned by mail.
RETURN PROCESS AND REFUND
- Once you have submitted your return request online, you will receive a Return Authorisation email containing a pre-paid express returns label
- To drop off your items choose from 8000+ drop off locations across Great Britain including Post Offices.
- Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be issued. Please note that returns can take up to 2-3 business days to be processed.
- Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
- All returns are subject to a £2.99 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund.
- However if you opt to receive your refund as Teens Store Credit, the full amount will be refunded with no return shipping fee deducted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned,
For hygiene and safety reasons, panties are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and ensure the safety and comfort of all our customers.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
